Joe is a leasing and tenant representative. Specializing in the San Fernando Valley, Joe has great experience consulting tenants finding a matching location for their business as well as finding landlords committed tenants with a positive financial background. While using his honest personality, Joe has been able to serve both landlords and tenants reach their goals.

In addition to his work on the Landlord side, Yoav is a very accomplished retail tenant representative. Part of the group that represents Verizon Wireless, they have opened over 6 stores for the client in Los Angeles. His tenants know that he always get the best location, at the best terms time after time. Yoav have a great nose to find and locate top performing facilities for his clients. He negotiates good deals that make sense to his tenants which make them prosper and grow.

Previously to working with Rosano Partners, Yoav was employed for The Consulate General of Israel in Los Angeles as the office manager coordinating dozens of Dignitary visits including the visit of Prime Minister Ehud Olmert to Los Angeles. As office manager for the Israeli consulate, Yoav has great experience and background with management and supervision that helps him being on top of things and making sure that people he represents will have a relief feeling knowing they are in good hands.

After being employed at the consulate for several years Yoav was promoted to become head of accounting for the consulate and that was his last position. Yoav's connection with the Jewish community has led him to many achievements and has a major role in the firm.

Credentials

Yoav was serving for three years in the IDF (Israel's Defense Forces) as a combat soldier. Yoav received his Bachelors Degree from California State University Northridge. Yoav has a private pilot license with over 250 hours of flight experience.
