Sam started with Rosano Partners as an Investment Analyst. As an analyst, Sam conducted financial valuations and prepared investment operating summaries. He has handled multiple escrows; coordinated parties and made sure they successfully closed in a timely matter. Sam has been recently promoted to an Investment Sales Agent, specializing in office buildings in the Los Angeles area.

Sam's passion for real estate began early in his life. This passion grew when he studied Finance at Indiana University. During his junior year in college he decided to pursue that passion and specialized in Real Estate. His interests developed in school when he shadowed a commercial appraiser for a large life insurance company. The valuation process was very interesting to him and he decided to start a career in commercial real estate after graduating.

Sam is originally a small town middle-American, who moved many times nationally and internationally, and has settled in Los Angeles. His favorite places include Australia, Chicago, New York and Bloomington Indiana. He comes from a large close Italian family, and enjoys spending time with his family on his parent's farm in Ohio.

Credentials:

Sam has a Bachelors of Science from Indiana University, where he studied finance and real estate and was a member of the Indiana University Real Estate Club. The club has extensive connections including the Harold E. Eisenberg Foundation which has many ties to the Chicago real estate market. Sam has worked with Studley, Inc. before joining Rosano Partners, where he was a research analyst.
