Sam Kangavari is a commercial Leasing and Sales broker, and leading local Los Angeles specialist in downtown area and mid-city area. He is a Senior Director of the Rosano Partners Retail Group. Sam is providing his clients with exceptional and individualized service. His focus on these specialized markets has awarded his clients the best and fastest execution of leasing transactions. Sam's focus on the Los Angeles market has made him an expert at developing specialized leasing strategies for retail spaces.

Mr. Kangavari is able to help landlords benefit from the highest and best use of their property by providing density, feasibility, and profitability analyses to earn the highest possible rents. By providing his services, Sam always maximizes the property's value. Mr. Kangavari is currently involved in a number of mixed-use developments across Los Angeles's strongest markets. These projects require comprehensive understanding of today's large and small retail principles, development of branding and marketing strategies, and producing a velocity of deal transactions in order to insure stabilized lease up before project completion.

Sam is also exceptionally talented retail tenant representative. Under his representation, Verizon Wireless opened over 6 stores in Los Angeles, and Warehouse Shoe Sale opened 2 stores in the South Central Corridor. His tenants trust that he can get the best location, at the best terms time after time. He has a truly amazing ability to find top performing locations for retailers with different demographic requirements. His strong knowledge of LA County enabled him to locate and execute leases to some of the top retailers in the world.

Prior to joining Rosano Partners, Sam spent four years in wholesale mortgage where he served as an intermediary between brokers selling loans and banks. Prior to wholesaling mortgages, Sam spent three years in construction management of condominium and mixed-use projects in west Los Angeles as a project manager. He has a proven ability to successfully lease new and renovated projects quickly and efficiently at commanding rates. Sam has excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently and as a team member.

Credentials

Sam is a graduate of California State University Northridge (CSUN), where he received his Bachelor in Business Administration with concentration in Finance and Real Estate. Since graduating from CSUN, Sam has been active in California real estate. He has worn many hats in the real estate business: as a commercial leasing agent, a landlord, a tenant, a mortgagee, a mortgagor, a property owner and a project manager.
