Sagiv is the President and founder of Rosano Partners. In 2006, Sagiv founded his brokerage under a new set of principles: Partnership, Specialization and Full Service. His goal was simple: Create the best full service real estate firm in California providing a unique array of value-add services. Through hard work, resilience and recruiting a robust team of talented agents, Sagiv set out to redefine the industry.
Sagiv remains dedicated to developing lasting business relationships with Commercial Property Owners and Retail Tenants by providing full brokerage services, accurate market analysis and real-time market information.
Prior to forming Rosano Partners, Sagiv was a top producer at one of the largest commercial real estate firms. Before that, Sagiv was an Investment Banker with Lehman Brothers M&A and Corporate Finance Group in San Francisco and had a career in the Israeli Military. While in the military, Sagiv led, consulted, and managed governmental organization on security issues and covert operations. In addition, Sagiv managed combat infantry unit logistics and operations. He developed strategies on locations, movement, and configuration of troops and heavy military equipment.
Sagiv attended the University of California, Los Angeles where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with College Honors in Business Economics and a minor in Accounting. He graduated Summa Cum Laude and received the Chancellor Distinguished Student Award and the UCLA Economics Department Excellence Award. Sagiv is a lecturer at UCLA Extension and teaches Real Estate Market Analysis.

Why Real Estate?
I like the fact that it is a competitive, lucrative field, filled with people using their smarts on a daily basis.
How did you choose commercial real estate as your career path?
I have always loved investing in properties and seeing a specific area develop as a result of smart timing. I like the element of risk involved and the potential for long term returns.

Making Deals, Training and of course–People!
Why did you found Rosano Partners?
I wanted to start a company that produces results through training good agents, and giving them the support they need to grow and learn how to get deals done.
