Raymond's passion is commercial sales and financing commercial real estate. His focus is predominantly in Los Angeles where being a native greatly assists in his market knowledge of the area. His specialties are in Shopping centers and apartment buildings, where he as well can assist in financing them.
He has enjoyed working in many aspects of the financial industry. Some of his accomplishments have been helping finance companies and execute major residential and commercial loans at lending institutions such as Countrywide Home Loans and other financial companies. While attending college he also worked at Wells Fargo commercial bank in the business section. Furthermore he did management for a private lending company.
