Real estate experience could be great; however, not necessary. Candidate must have at least 2 years sales and commission environment experience.

Ideal candidate is a self motivated team player with a serious desire to work in the commercial real estate industry. You must be professional, highly organized, detailed-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment and have a can-do attitude. This individual must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, phone etiquette and ability to prioritize.

Responsibilities are to initiate, broker and execute leasing transactions and include:

• Research leasing comps in commercial properties
• Analyze & prepare proposals to clients and prospects
• Lead the marketing of current and future deals
• Create for lease offering memorandums

The ideal candidate is a recent grad and must demonstrate the following:

• Analytical, negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Superior sales and phone skills
• High integrity & strong customer focus
• Self motivated (very important) requiring minimal supervision
• Desire to earn a six-figure income
• Excellent technology skills and a positive attitude to learn new applications is a must.
