Finance Associate
We are looking for a diligent, fun
and outgoing individual with a desire to take his commercial
finance business to the next level. The candidate will become
a commercial real estate Finance Associate. This is a great

Ideal candidate is a self motivated
team player with a serious desire to work in the commercial
real estate industry. You must be professional, highly organized,
detailed-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks in
a fast paced environment and have a can-do attitude. This
individual must possess excellent writhen and verbal communication
skills, phone etiquette and ability to prioritize. Responsibilities
are to initiate, broker and execute finance transactions
and include:
Research loan comps in commercial properties
Analyze & prepare proposals to clients and prospects
Lead the execution of current and future deals
Create Finance offering memorandums
The ideal candidate is a recent MBA grad or has 2-5 years business experience; also, must demonstrate the following:
1-2 years experience in finance & management
BA/ BS from a leading university preferably MBA
Analytical, negotiation and problem-solving abilities
Superior sales and phone skills
High integrity & strong customer focus
Self motivated (very important) requiring minimal supervision
Desire to earn a six-figure income
Excellent technology skills and a positive attitude to learn new applications is a must
This is a unique position to prepare a candidate to become a commercial real estate associate in an environment where our agents are making significantly over six figures.
