The nine to twelve month Apprenticeship/Internship Program is designed to take a newly licensed agent (or an agent transitioning from another real estate discipline) or someone who has recently finished their undergraduate studies, and teach them the basics of Commercial Real Estate from the ground up. You will have an opportunity to work with senior agents on a “hands on” basis by attending appointments, joining them on listing presentations, preparing documents, underwriting deals, interacting with clients and learning the ropes while you think and grow rich. You will get the opportunity to immerse yourself in both Investment Sales and Leasing and Tenant Representation so you can learn about all fields of the industry. We incorporate a team approach so as to assure the novice agent that someone will ALWAYS be available to answer your questions and guide you through the real estate process.
