He recognizes the value of a superb location and he has proven his ability to place equally superb tenants into his listings by staying well-informed of shifts in market trends. Adam’s focus on the Downtown Los Angeles market has made him an expert at developing specialized leasing strategies for office space in that burgeoning market of opportunity.
Prior to joining Rosano Partners, Adam spent a year as an Associate at the Shermen Group, headquartered in New York City. At Shermen Adam oversaw construction phases on the company’s Celebration Boulevard Medical Center in Orlando, FL and was in charge of pre-construction leasing and sales. In that capacity, Adam was able to lease 20% of the complex before ground was broken and exceed 50% occupancy during early construction phases. He was also in charge of oversight analysis for new acquisitions. Before working at Shermen Group, Adam spent three years at Cardinal Capital Partners, Inc. as a Senior Investment Analyst, where he worked on single-tenant portfolio sale-leaseback acquisitions ranging in value from $90 million to $1.1 billion for clients such as A&P, Barnes&Noble, Dick’s Sporting Goods, 7-Eleven, Taco Bueno, PetsSmart, Rite Aid, Nordea Bank, Bank of America, Hardee’s, Home Depot, Eckerd, Boscov’s, and Wal-Mart. Adam dedicates himself to his projects and prides himself in his ability to work quickly and efficiently to find qualified and interested prospects for unique properties.
Credentials
Adam Dixon graduated from Middlebury College as a Dean’s List double-major in Psychology and History with a specialization in East Asian Contemporary Cultural Studies. While in school he was Chairman of the Student Government Association Constitution Committee, was a member of the Finance Committee and Senior Cabinet, and was founder of the Student Leadership Council and the popular Commons Musical Series. He has since done graduate work at New York University in Real Estate Finance and Development, and is a certified Notary Public.
