His specialty involves developing the tactics necessary obtain the highest value for clients income producing properties. His ability to assess value, along with an in-depth knowledge of the 1031 exchange process, creates efficiency for clients looking to maximize their income potential. A desire for client satisfaction is what drives him to provide the highest level of dedication and service that is unique to every client's interests. Jeff's active involvement with company training and management ensures continuity and co-ordination in all operations and activities.
Jeff joined Rosano Partners in the summer of 2007 as an analyst and was quickly promoted to Senior Analyst. Prior to joining Rosano Partners, Jeff was working for high end restaurants in Napa Valley. As server at Market Restaurant for Douglas Keane and Michael Peyton, Jeff learned the art of satisfying and exceeding client's expectations. Jeff was also executive assistant to a family mediation expert where he learned the art of negotiation.
Credentials
Jeff completed his Bachelors degree in Business with a focus in Finance at Pacific Union College. While studying, Jeff was active in the community, serving as Assistant Coordinator of Napa Peer Court. He also served as a board member on the Napa Valley Wildlife Conservation Commission.
